The Darvall Waste Anesthetic Gas (WAG) AirBreak Interface “breaks” negative pressure on breathing circuits, eliminating the venturi effect caused by active scavenge systems.
Available for use with high negative pressure scavenge systems (hospital suction systems) or for low negative pressure scavenges (canisters mounted on extraction fans), the Darvall WAG AirBreak prevents negative pressure scavenge systems from siphoning anesthetic gas away from the patient.
